Structure of thermal resistance temperature sensor
There are four structures of thermal resistance temperature sensor:(1) common thermal resistance temperature sensor;(2) Armored thermal resistance temperature sensor; (3)End face thermal resistance temperature sensor; (4)Explosion-proof thermal resistance temperature sensor.

Details as below:
(1) common thermal resistance temperature sensor
the structure and characteristics of common thermal resistance temperature sensor temperature sensing elements (resistance bodies) in the proficient thermal resistance industry .According to the temperature measurement principle of the thermal resistance, the change of the measured temperature is directly measured by the change of the resistance value of the thermal resistance. Therefore, the change of the resistance of various conductors, such as the lead wire of the thermal resistance body, will affect the temperature measurement.In order to eliminate the influence of lead resistance, the three-wire system or four-wire system is generally adopted.

(2) Armored thermal resistance temperature sensor
Armored thermal resistance temperature sensor is composed of temperature components (resistance body), leads, insulation materials, stainless steel casing and a solid body, as shown in FIG. 2-1-7, its outer diameter is generally 2~ 8mm, little can reach mm.
Compared with ordinary thermal resistance temperature sensor, it has the following advantages: (1) small volume, no internal air gap, thermal inertia, small measurement lag;(2) good mechanical properties, vibration resistance, impact resistance;(3) can bend, easy to install long service life.

(3) End face thermal resistance temperature sensor
End face thermal resistance temperature sensor temperature sensing element is made of specially treated resistance wire wrapped and attached to the end face of the thermometer. Its structure is shown in figure 2-1-8.Compared with the general axial thermal resistance, it can reflect the actual temperature of the measured end face more correctly and quickly, and is suitable for measuring the end face temperature of the bearing bush and other parts.

(4) Explosion-proof thermal resistance temperature sensor
Explosion-proof thermal resistance temperature sensor through the special structure of the junction box, the shell of the explosive mixture of gas caused by spark or arc, such as the impact of the explosion occurred in the junction box, the production site will not lead to the explosion.Flameproof thermal resistance can be used for temperature measurement in Bla - B3c zone with explosion hazard.
